We liked everything very much.Great accommodation,very nice and polite hosts,always ready to help and advise..This is a place for families and for those who love peace and quiet.We will be very happy to return here again.And of course the hospitality is top notch.Very neat and clean apartments, swimming pool and surrounding area.a few minutes walk to the store.

First of all very clean rooms with nice view. Owners very helpful and full of enthusiasm. Just good memories after stay in this place. My kids loved swimming pool. In my opinion big advantage of this place is fact of being far away from main roads so it gives you ability to a good rest!!!

The whole experience was excellent! Clean, the apartment was fully equipped, very close to the sea and a beautiful swimming pool. The owners are really kind persons and pays a lot of attention at any need you may have.

At first it took is some minutes to find the place using goole maps. Nothing serious as then we got instructions by phone very quickly.

The views from the property balcony and the kitchen glass wall were absolutely stunning into the sea and the mountains. Few minute walk to the beach. Property very clean and beautifully done inside and out. On a bit more windy night you could hear the ocean waves which was so relaxing. Very quiet both day and night. 10 min walk to a number of restaurants serving amazing food. The restaurant that is 2 min away has amazing views but the food isn't great. Boat taxi is 10-15 min walk away by the coast line and will take you to nearby bigger town where you can enjoy even more restaurants, shops, Drago's Eye lake, kids entertainment, etc.

The view from the livingroom and terasse is amazing. At sunrise you have a calm sea infront( 15m ) and a beutifull pool with a meditraean landscape and the sunrise is even more amazing. All you need to experience the Croatioan coast like you should. Defenetly coming back.

Nothing about the property itself, just the location in general, need a vehicle because no bus and taxis are overpriced.

Great płace if you don’t need a wifi

The building is brand new, very clean and well equipped with new utensils. Nice view from our balcony on top floor. The beach was not crowded and quite comfortable if you like concrete/rocky beaches. There are some restaurants shop nearby. Swimming pool is new and nice. Host was really friendly and helpful.

1. They claim that the WiFi quality is bad, but in fact there was NO internet connection AT ALL. 2. It is really difficult to find the place. It is not present on google maps. There is a second villa with the same name nearby which is very confusing. When entered the address from booking, google map will show you wrong directions (non-existing roads). We were no able to get there without calling the host. They should consider providing guests with some directions. When you search “sunset villa, razanj” on google maps, it will show you the other one villa 😳 3. Not sure if it is common for apartments in Croatia(?) that they do not provide a sufficient amount of toilet paper, soap and rubbish bags. I think that 1 bag and 3 paper rolls is not enough for 7 days for two people... seriously do I need to buy my own soap, toilet paper and rubbish bags on vacation?! Is it really that expensive?? I’d prefer to even pay more and do not need care about such inconveniences. 4. Lack of basic information such as WiFi password, rubbish bin location (which is located 1km from the villa) , etc. I had to contact the host each time and it would be much more comfortable to be able to find this information in the apartment. It is quite common to provide guests with this kind of information in all apartments around the world.

Rundum gelungener Urlaub

Ohne Frühstück. Lage mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer und nach Rogoznica. Wie beschrieben kleiner Supermarkt und Restaurant ganz in der Nähe. Bademöglichkeiten nur 50 m entfernt. Eigentümer sehr nett, sprechen perfekt Deutsch und man kann mit jedem Wunsch zu ihnen kommen. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Das ist jetzt rein subjektiv. Es war ein Geschirrspüler vorhanden, den fanden wir für uns zwei nicht notwendig, uns wäre ein Backofen lieber gewesen. Ansonsten wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten (z. B. ein Schuhlöffel, ein paar Haken im Gang um mal beim Reingehen in die Wohnung kurz was aufzuhängen. Hat aber den sehr guten Gesamteindruck nicht geschmälert). Falsch verstanden haben wir wohl die Angabe bei Booking 1,5 km vom Zentrum. Wir dachten das Zentrum von Rogoznica, gemeint war wohl das Zentrum von Razanj (ein Ortsteil von Rogoznica). Nach Rogoznica selbst ca. 10 km zu fahren. Ist aber nicht den Vermietern anzulasten.

Először érzem úgy, hogy kevés a 10-es skála, hogy megfelelő mértékben tudjam értékelni a szállást. A megérkezésünk első pillanatától az indulásunkig varázslatos a hely. Az adottságokhoz képest jól kialakított a parkoló. A külső terület gondozott, tiszta. A lépcsőház illatos, tiszta. Az apartmanba lépve lélegzetelállító a panoráma, tisztaság. Az alkalmazott nem sima dolgozóként, hanem barátságosan, kedvesen már-már családtagként segít mindenben. A környék maga a csoda. Ha valaki bulira, zajra, tömegre vágyik, az ne jöjjön ide. Ez itt a chill fogalom megtestesülése. Nyugalom, barátságos emberek, nyitva hagyott autók (négy napig benne volt a kulcs az autóban), simán kikötött sup-ok, sirályok sikoltása és a tenger nyugtató hangjai. A látvány, az illatok... A közeli étterem remek konyhája, bérelhető motorcsónakok, sétahajó a közelben. Mi mindenképp szeretnénk visszamenni. Mindent köszönünk a tulajdonosnak (az olívaolajat is) és legfőképpen Mónikának, aki mindent flottul, profin intézett! Számunkra a Villa Sunset 20 pontos hely!

Jättefin stor lägenhet med gott om utrymme för hela familjen. Fräscht, fin pool, närhet till havet och allt det mysiga i denna by. Väldigt trevliga värdar.

Alles neuwertig, mega Aussicht, Pool, Ruhelage, Meer Sprung entfernt. Eine der besten Unterkünfte im Ort. Gleich am Meer das Lokal Horizont mit sehr gutem Essen und kleiner Supermarkt. Mit SUP oder Kajak toll zu erkunden..

Villa Sunset

Prvič sva bila tukaj in nama je bilo zelo všeč. Apartma je bil zelo lep, zelo čist, ima vse kar potrebujete za prijetno bivanje. Najbolj se nama je dopadlo to, da je apartma za dva zelo prostoren, vse je novo in moderno, balkon je imel pogled na bazen in morje, kar je bilo čudovito. Prav tako morava posebej omeniti, da sta lastnika tako zelo prijetna, da imaš občutek kot da sta tvoja družina. Ob odhodu sva dobila tudi darilo. Midva se bova z veseljem še vrnila. 🥰

Vse nama je bilo všeč.
