Stunning location with natural charm. Perfect for a peaceful break.. The host couldn’t be more helpful,

The apartment has stunning views of the bay, with a large balcony with electric awning and comfy seating. The Apartment had everything we needed. We cooked breakfast each morning in the apartment. Extremely peaceful in and around the apartment. Teo was very helpful and made himself available for any queries we had on local amenities. The pool area overlooks the bay, the pool is very clean and perfect temperature, it has a useful seating ledge to enjoy a sit in the water. Crystal clear sea which is perfect for swimming & snorkelling. We enjoyed sunbathing each day by the pool on comfy sunbeds overlooking the bay. Plenty of sunbeds. The games room was also really nice, we enjoyed playing pool in there and listening to music. We took the taxi boat into Rogoznica and had cocktails and dinner there where there are a lot of bars & restaurants to choose from. Our favourite restaurant was by our apartment Horizont, with a huge choice of menu and local dishes and very attentive staff. The views from the restaurant are also incredible and perfect place to see the sun set. There are a few restaurants in the resort, we didn’t visit them all, Teo recommended a pizza place which had a wood fired pizza oven. We ate lunch and had drinks in Error bar located on the sea front, which had a real natural charm. A perfect relaxing break.

I loved the crystal clear sea and the sunset from our balcony. The apartment was modern and clean. The owner/manager was lovely. There is a small shop nearby where you can get essentials

No aircon in the bedroom - apparently because of limited electricity supply. Wasn't an issue if you leave the door open. The pool was smaller than I anticipated, but also not an issue as the sea was much better anyway

Relaxing way of holiday

Perfect place for enjoying the see, the sunset and the the relaxing way of holiday. If you don't need a busy, noisy place full of tourists this is your spot! The apartments have everything for having a pleasant stay. The terrace with see view, the lounge and the sunbath terrace with the sunset were our favourite places. Thank you, Theo!

Villa Bilic is the perfect spot in Croatia. I have been to the country 10+ times now and this is the best place. - Great room standard - Great owner - Close to the sea (which is clear with bright bottom colour), - Clean swimming pool with comfy places to rest - Nice BBQ area available for all guests - Pool/dart/fussbal table area available for all guests - Small shop and restaurant within 1 min of walking distance. I highly reccommend !

Very well-maintained, clean and pleasant accommodation, well-equipped kitchen, kind and helpful attitude of the owner. Easy access to the azure clear sea, sea view with sunset from the balcony. Quiet location without noisy nightlife, stalls and attractions. Very satisfied, definitely recommend.

Wonderful holidays

The house has amazing sea view from the apartments and the pool, so in the evening, falling asleep or chilling on a balcony , you can hear the sound of the sea and you can see the setting sun. The apartments are very large and spacious with all necessary equipment, very comfortable beds and decorated with taste. Both the house, apartments and the place by the pool are very clean and tidy. The facility has a very large swimming pool and room with billiards, table football and darts. We were in a few families with many children and it was a great attraction for them. Around the house is a beautiful garden with rhododendrons, fragrant lavender and a great place to rest for the evenings with a large comfortable couch and of course a sea view. The house is well located in the village of Raznj. It is right by the sea, there is a restaurant next to it, so while relaxing by the pool, you can literally jump out for delicious coffee or food. Caution!!! :) of course the restaurant also has a great sea view ! The town of Raznj itself is a good starting point for visiting Rogoznica, Trogir and Primosten. The owner is always available and very helpful. He picked up our friend from the airport, helped organize boat transport to Rogoznica in low season, recommended two great restaurants which we were very pleased with. In addition, he is a good host who cares about the guests and the place all the time.

Most voltunk itt először. Nagyon kedves házigazdák,segitőkészek, tisztaság mindenhol, kilátás 5*,nagyon közel a tenger,udvarban medence,csocsó és billiárd asztal,kis bolt, étterem 50 méter a szállástól . Bátran ajánlom bárkinek.

Mikro és kenyérpirító lehetne,de ettől függetlenül csúcs szuper minden. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. Még vissza szeretnénk térni.

Fantastisk perle i rolige og smukke omgivelser. Flot og velholdt lejlighed med alt hvad man har brug for. Fantastisk udsigt over Adriaterhavet og udendørs faciliteter. Utrolig sødt og venligt personale og vært. Vært var meget hjælpsom. Tæt på flere gode spisesteder - max 10 min. gang. Lille købmand tæt på og større dagligvare marked ca. 10 min gang fra lejlighed. Wunderschöne Appartmentanlage in toller Lage

Das Appartement mit tollem Meerblick ist neu eingerichtet und top gepflegt. Parkplatz vor der Türe. Das Pool mit Billard- und Dartraum sehr gepflegt. Die ganze Anlage ist ein Schmuckstück, wird liebevoll von dem herzlichen hilfsbereiten Besitzerpaar gepflegt und ist ein Blumenparadies. Wir haben schon für nächstes Jahr reserviert, weil es uns SO gut gefallen hat!

Schönes Ferienapartment abseits der Großstädte

Apartment: Klimaanlage, Geschirrspülmaschine, Herd mit 4er-Cerankochfeld und Backofen, große Kühl- und Gefrierkombination. Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen: Pool, Freizeitraum mit Billard, Kicker und Dart, großer Grillplatz

zu weit weg von Split, eingeschränkte Einkaufsmöglichkeit und nur eine "Handvoll" an Restaurants, wenn man (so wie wir) ohne Auto dort ist. Zum "Strand" muss man in etwa 20 Meter Höhenunterschied überwinden (entweder über die Treppe in der Anlage oder die steile Straße rauf bzw. runter). Leider die Sicht auf das Meer vom Balkon aus minimal durch die links und rechts unterhalb stehenden Häuser ein klein wenig eingeschränkt, aber das ist schon ok

We stonden op het punt om nog een week bij te boeken, helaas moesten we weer werken ;-)

De locatie was prachtig, het uitzicht en ook de rust die we er ervoeren. Kleine strandjes vlak voor de deur en het zwembad groot en niet in de schaduw. Voor ons echt perfect!

entspannte Ruhe direkt am Meer

Die gesammt Anlage wird vom Hausbesitzer liebevoll gepflegt und immer sauber gehalten. Der Ort ist angenehm ruhig und wenig Tourismus,was wir ja auch gesucht haben. Das Meer ist vor der Haustür und kein oder kaum Schiffsverkehr Sehr empfehlenswert wenn man entspannte Ruhe direkt am Meer sucht.
