Old Alpe. 300 meters tourist office, shops, telecentre. 100 meters free shuttle stop. 300 meters from the Alpe Express cable car serving the Shepherds (ESF). 3 bedroom apartment, sleeps 8, 70 m². 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds (including a master suite), 1 bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed. Ideal 2 couples 4 children. 2 shower rooms, 2 toilets. A large living room with dining table for 8 people, lounge area with sofas, armchairs, opening onto large balcony with unobstructed view of the mountains. Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, small appliances. Wireless. A parking space available. Ski closet in the building. Cleaning included at the end of the stay. Possibility to rent sheets, towels, linens (20 € per person for sheets, towels, linens).

Great place to stay and good location

The apartment is great for big groups, with 3 rooms and 6 beds. The location was good for us, since we rent a car we were 5 minutes from the town. They were not waiting for us, so the apartment was not in perfect condition. We had to wait 2 hours for hot water and pay $20 euros for each pair of sheets. It is well equipped for cooking and washing clothes.

La communication avec le propriétaire avant notre arrivée a été parfaite, réponses très rapides et précises. Le jour de notre arrivée, la personne qui nous a remis les clés (avant 10H :-) nous a tout expliqué. Le retour des clés s'est également fait très facilement, à l'heure qui nous convenait. L'appartement est spacieux, agréable à vivre et très bien équipé (appareils à raclette / fondue par exemple, rallonges, multiprises, luge, etc...). Attention, la dimension des 2 grands lits est de 190x140 et non par 150x200 comme annoncé dans l'annonce (pas possible de mettre les vraies tailles sur Abritel !). L'appartement est à environ 300 mètres de l'Alpe Express, il est vivement conseillé de louer des casiers à ski dans le local de l'Alpe Express, c'est super pratique et pas très cher !).

Un excellent séjour en famille. L’appartement est parfait, la vue est magnifique. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Excellent contact avec la propriétaire qui répond très rapidement. Je recommande ce logement sans hésitation.

Prima appartement. Goede bedden.Alles aanwezig: magnetron/vaatwasser/wasmachine/ grote koelkast/voldoende glazen en servies. Ruime eethoek. Zonnig balkon. Goede ligging. Alhoewel wel even zoeken. Garage niet bij appartement zelf. Op loopafstand van restaurantjes/bakker en skilift.

Appartement spacieux, trois vraies chambres, deux vraies SdB, grand salon Parfait 8 personnes Le garage n'est effectivement pas très grand mais c'est un box fermé Un bémol éventuel: il faut marcher 5-10min (plutôt 15 avec matériels plus les enfants) pour rallier les cabines qui desservent les deux lieux de rassemblement ESF. Et à partir de là, il faut compter un autre bon quart d'heure pour être sur le lieu des cours.

Très bien équipé et refait avec goût, nous avons beaucoup aimé l'appartement. Nous souhaitions un hébergement spacieux, et à 5 nous avons pu profiter d'un espace de vie très agréable et de coins nuit bien séparés. La baie vitrée et la terrasse donnent sur une vue magnifique. La station est très sympa l'été. Dommage que notre séjour ait été écourté par une panne de voiture... Seul petit bémol: le garage était trop petit pour garer la voiture. Mais en été, les places de stationnement ne manquent pas devant la résidence et les vélos ont pu être à l'abri dans le garage fermé. La propriétaire et la personne chargée de l'accueil ont été très agréables. Pour conclure très bon rapport qualité/prix.
