Locali puliti e ordinati. La signorina Annabelle molto disponibile e gentile.

L unica cosa è la poca disponibilità del posto auto interno.. è stato solo per la prima settimana di soggiorno perché poi la seconda settimana è stato reso disponibile per altri ospiti... anche se di questo fatto eravamo stati avvisati preventivamente. Capisco che essendoci più appartamenti e solo due posti auto la difficoltà è reale. Comunque si trovano abbastanza bene posti auto in strada, anche non a pagamento.

Annabelle is a wonderful and attentive host easily reachable for any questions and advice. The apartment is well equipped; air conditioning saved us during the heatwave. I especially appreciated the small things that were provided but were very handy, like sponge and dishwashing liquid, washing powder, salt, sugar, olive oil, etc.

Not related to the apartment: there is nothing to do in Balestrate but going to sea. The beaches are great, though.

Excellent location, just a few steps from the main street with restaurants and all the local atmosphere. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and had excellent air conditioning. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and there was also a washing machine, bicycles, and even beach equipment available. The highlight was the beautiful green garden – a peaceful oasis with plenty of benches and sun loungers, perfect for relaxing. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this apartment.

The beach is about a 10-minute walk away. The walk back is uphill, but it isn’t too steep and we didn’t find it to be a big problem.
