About this apartment rental
Located in one of the quietest areas of the South of Gran Canaria and a few minutes drive from the impressive maspalomas dunes.
Making the most of the space, basically promoting comfort, has been my priority when decorating this studio of 40 square meters perfectly utilized. It has a large kitchen with induction hob, 1,80m combi fridge, microwave, small appliances and ample cooking utensils. The independent bathroom with a 1.10 m shower tray has a washer and dryer. The sleeping area has a comfortable double bed of 1.50m and a large built-in wardrobe. Opposite you will find a 1.40m sofa bed where two children can sleep perfectly. And finally it has a small terrace furnished with table and chairs for four people.
At 300 meters from the studio you can enjoy the beach of Bahia Feliz, a beach of fine blond sand, where you can relax and sunbathe (it has sunbeds and umbrellas) On the same beach you have a windsurfing school where you can rent Tables of all types of measures and courses of initiation and improvement are given. You can also enjoy a nice meal at the bar located on the same avenue. A few meters from the studio is the small and charming Shopping Center of Bahia Feliz where you can make some purchases of souvenirs and groceries and with a variety of restaurants where you can enjoy a nice lunch or dinner. Next to the studio is the Hotel Orquidea, which has a pool and spa restaurant, where you can spend a pleasant day relaxing for a small fee. It also has a taxi and bus stop a few meters from the apartment in case you do not have your own vehicle.
The Bahia Feliz Zone is just 26km from Gran Canaria Airport, about 15 minutes away by car. It is here where the tourist area of the South of Gran Canaria begins, known as Maspalomas- Costa Canaria. Twelve kilometers of Costa bathed with beautiful beaches where you can enjoy one of the best climates in the world throughout the year ideal for those looking for rest, entertainment, sports, culture and good food. The area of Bahia Feliz is one of the quietest in southern Gran Canaria, but at the same time close to the most fun areas.

This apartment was perfect for us as we don’t like to stay in the hotels. It’s well equipped and has a comfortable bed. The apartment is located in a quiet area and there are a few supermarkets and restaurants just within a few minutes of walking distance. Carmen is a brilliant host and very effective communicator. We had our welcome pack with two bottles of wine and some food. Our entire stay starting from checking in to checking out was very smooth. The closest beach to the apartment’s location was not our cup but we enjoyed having the drinks in a bar on that beach.

Cute and nice small studio apartment, located in a quiet part of Maspalomas area, but easy access to several beaches and Maspalomas by car.

We had a nice stay, the apartment is small but has everything you need expect an oven and a dishwasher. Check-in and -out were flexible, which was great. The location is close to a highway and a big hotel complex covers most of the area around the apartment house. Sadly the beach wasn’t really a beach only a small area with stones behind the hotel, to go to a sand beach you have to drive. We recommend a car.

The location is quiet, supermarkets and restaurants are just around the corner and from Bahia Feliz you can reach everything really quickly.
