The large and welcoming apartment is an integral part of the ancient farmhouse of which it retains its charm and traditional taste, guaranteeing at the same time, thanks to an accurate restoration, the maximum comfort and convenience with all the rooms equipped with air conditioning and independent heating.
With three double bedrooms and a study with a sofa bed, it is particularly suitable for families or groups of friends, who will also have a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, storage rooms and two spacious bathrooms with shower. The furniture is in perfect harmony with the architectural context and the furniture is original from the first half of the 20th century, complemented by the essential accessories: washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, flat TV, WiFi connection ...

Awesome Place with much of space and a very nice Interieur! Air conditioning makes this flat chilled in almost every room! Very good hospitality with a helpful Host. We enjoyed this Place a lot, our 8 year old Child was also very happy! Overall recommendation!

Pulcianese was well located for visiting Siena and Montalcino. It also satisfied our fantasy of being able to walk into a town each morning to visit a bakery, mini-mart, and have an espresso. Riccardo was a great host, not only recommending nearby sites, but also on several occasions inviting us to a meal at the restaurant he runs on the premises. And one very important point -- on the days it was a bit too warm, the air conditioning worked wonderfully. We highly recommend Pulcianese.

We booked for one week and ended up staying for three. The amenities are more than adequate as previous reviews will attest. Steven A's review from July 2023 sums it up beautifully. Aside from the restaurant, the estate produces olive oil and honey, samples of which Riccardo kindly gave us. The location is ideal with easy access to Crete Senesi, "That Tuscany that you have admired thousands of times in images and postcards has remained absolutely intact and authentic." It's the kind of place that you want to return to. There's also a resident cat (actually two) who may show up on the front door mat looking for a snack and a cuddle. She's very talkative!
