Superview Lodge - Family-Run, Himalayan Sunrise

i LOVE the view and the quietness. We stayed here after our trekking to Mardi Himal and def what we need. I splurge myself with hot bathtub. This lodge run by the family and it nice to see that. The room is clean enough and they provided breakfast in bed due to we were so tired to go to the cafe.

The location is so far away from Lakeside Pokhara and the taxi ride is quite expensive even i booked through InDrive, the driver still wanted to negotiate with me on the fare. So much hustle! The hot water at the bathtub is not that hot and the next day we saw few black bugs (refer picture). For the price that i paid, they didnt even bother to provide toiletries, no soap no shampoo. I've told the staff but they said yes and later still didnt do anything. They also have few of miscommunication especially on the fare of laundry and other stuff. The service is very slow. We waited for our food for quiet sometime. I hope the family listen to the review and improve in the future.

Very quiet, and spacious room, in the corner facing the snowy mountain and lake, during night, the view is stunning. And the flower outside the window is the best part of this room. So peaceful and relaxing. The vibe of this property is so elegant and I would assume it takes a lot energy for the owner to keep it. So definitely recommend it, just a bit feel details to pay attention to, then it’s perfect. Thanks

The staffs there were friendly, always offering help. The view was great if the weather was good.

The shower wasn’t working properly and the staff there told me to use the kettle to boil water and shower which was ridiculous. Finally the problem was solved but I was frozen.
