The apartment is clean, comfortable and located in a peaceful area close to Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park, making it perfect for nature lovers. At the same time, it’s just about a 10-minute drive to the city center, offering the best balance between tranquility and convenience. Highly recommended for travelers looking for a relaxing, safe and homely stay in Kathmandu.

We had a really lovely stay here. The apartment is very spacious, with comfortable beds, and having two bathrooms was especially handy for us. The kitchen is well equipped, the washing machine was very useful, and both the AC and heating worked well throughout our stay. The location is great, in a pleasant local neighbourhood with mini-marts right at the doorstep, a good supermarket within a 15-minute walk, and some nice cafes nearby. The host, Biken, was super friendly, thoughtful, and genuine, checking in on us each day to make sure everything was okay, which we really appreciated. We felt very much at home here and would happily stay again. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kathmandu who wants a real, lived-in cultural experience, along with comfort.
