Lovely stay!

Holidays rarely live up to expectations but this one exceeded them.

We loved everything about the apartment. It is spacious and beautifully decorated with a very comfortable bed and plenty of storage. Great shower and bath too. Inside, it is well insulated so it is wonderfully cool in hot weather and would be warm in the cold also. There is a terrace outside with a table and parasol looking out on to a beautiful, well tended garden. The hostess, Leni, who lives in the upstairs apartment, was really welcoming and kind and always ready to help and advise but never intrusive. The apartment is in a fabulous location with superb views of the mountains. There is a supermarket with a bakery two minutes walk away. Although we had a car we did use the excellent and frequent bus service in Oetztal. Leni suggested buying a Summer Card which gives access to lifts, buses, museums, swimming pools etc. We bought a 10 day pass which was well worth the money.

Perfect place to stay! Highly recommended.

- The apartment is absolutely gorgeous. - The location is very good, only 2 minutes walking to the nearby supermarket, 5 minutes walking to the centre of Längenfeld. - Around 10-15 minutes driving to Soelden centre. - Very cosy apartment. - Good facilities. - Friendly host. - Plenty of kitchenware. - The kitchen is also equipped with a dishwasher. - Very comfortable beds. - Luxury bathroom. - Quiet.

- There are not much to say I don't like. - The WiFi coverage in the apartment is not very good. In the bedroom there is not WiFi signal. So we have to use our cellar network. For us with a subscription from another EU country it's fine but for travellers from outside EU it might be a problem. So a suggestion to the host: using a WiFi extender/mesh network may help.

Perfect apartment and the host

Great location with real mountain view, very clean apartment, Leni as the host very kind and open to all questions. Dedicated parking place for your car. Very nice garden in front of the terrace. The supermarket is within a two-minute walk, a number of restaurants in Langenfeld

Excellent - highly recommended

This 1 bed room apartment in traditional Tirol style is perfect for a nice holiday in the mountains: very spacious rooms, authentic exceptional interior (custom made wood carved sitting space, wood stove), terrace with beautiful view on the mountains and perfectly maintained garden. The host lives upstairs, there are no other guest rooms. It's located in Längenfeld center at walking distance from everything, although close to the main road it's far enough from it so you don't have any traffic noise.

We were there end July and there were many flies in the area so when you left doors or windows open many would come inside (it's not specific to the apartment but is like that in the entire town)
