Overall everything was good, plenty of hot water, comfy bed and the view was great. The location suited us very well for what we needed it for. The reception staff were welcoming, friendly, very obliging and helpful.
The only thing i would comment on ( not so much complain as they could have been overlooked) the room had a kettle but no complimentary tea/coffee/milk/sugar and the other was, there was dried coffee marks on the side edge of the bed side table and some splash spots under the table that had the kettle on.

Lovely view with nice restaurants close by but in a local neighborhood too far from anything.
Local suburb, too far from tourist attractions. Athens was a disappointment.

The seaside location is amazing. We were on the fourth floor, and it offered an excellent view. decent breakfast and very helpful staff location for close to the port for taking ferries.
The first couple of floors had a bit of an odour in the common areas and the carpet on our floor had a large stain on it. Inside the rooms was very clean, however.

It was very clean and modern. The location was great for a next day connecting ferry from Piraeus.
Some of the hallways smelled of tobacco smoke and the noise from other rooms was quite disturbing, however, it was a Saturday night and we had an early morning trip.
