The room was sold to us as a suite and it looked excellent online. We found a room that was cozy for two people (we are a group of four) and two of us slept on a fold out couch mattress. When attempting to communicate with the property messaging was unreliable and calls often resulted in confusion and I occasionally experienced some rudeness from staff. I requested extra soap the one night I was staying, which I never received. The air conditioner had to be somehow activated or maintenance by staff, and even after this it hardly worked. The balcony was dirty and the sun shade had mold growing on it. The handle to roll it up was rusty and broken. The listing here on Agoda is inaccurate. The price was low, but it was not befitting of the poor quality stay we received. I did not get to stay for breakfast, but the facilities looked as though they were suitable to a high quality meal. It was easy to find via GPS. However, the charges for airport transfer were unreasonable and marked up for transfer at night. I would recommend using freenow for taxi instead.

The room was in excellent condition, the furnishings were like new, the mattress was very comfortable, everything was very clean, and the hotel staff were very friendly and had excellent English skills. The hotel is highly recommended.

Stayed for one evening upon arrival in Athens. Very helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast in the morning, clean room with comfortable beds.
