Buena Vista by Pame Rentals

Beautiful,freshly renovated apt on 5th floor with very nice design.It has all all appliances you need for a convenient stay. Big kitchen with oven,micro,boiler,toaster,big fridge etc.A washing machine,iron and anything you can think of. The view from the living floor is to die for. Just sitting on the couch and watching the sea & sky gave me inspiration to finish 2 projects. Proximity to everything,port,Microlimano,Marina Zeas.

The apt was superficially clean.It was full of post-construction dust everywhere,on tv table,other furnitures,shower floor and glass. No bottle of water in the fridge.Everybody in Greece offers one. 2 pods of coffee for 3 days stay. There was toilet paper from other guests which in my opinion is not very hygienic. The shower has just 1/3 piece of glass,bad slope and flooded really badly that i had to interrupt it in order to dry the water. The sheet and pillowcases were bad quality but the mattress was good. Now to my worst part of my stay.Unfortunately it is extremely noisy and poorly insulated. Noise from the street and when you go to the bedroom,you have the neighbours of the building adjacent to this. They are nocturanal beings and obviously never shut up. It echoes and you hear every conversation clearly. Unfortunately not even earplugs help so i had to sleep on the tiny couch day 2&3. Another unfortunate event was that during my stay,it was extremely windy and an unbearable noise coming from the apt above it where all furnitures were going back & forth non stop. I knew the apt above was managed by Pame rentals and i called,even sent messages but never received a response. Pure radio silence so i had both to sleep on the couch and endure that ear-splitting noise. It was kind of baffling cause Mehmet(the manager) seemed kind and service minded when he came and assisted me with the washing machine and the water valve. There was another number though i had not seen on Booking and i saw it the day of departure. The elevator too when is called makes an unbearable sound and the management or the residents have to call maintanence to tone it down cause it is deafening. Overall beautiful apartment in a beautiful location. I would & could have stayed there forever if it was enough peaceful which i value more than any other aspect when travelling.
