Ωραιο μπαλκόνι, κλιματισμός, εύκολο πάρκινγκ.
Κακός φωτισμός, έλλειψη καθρέφτη, στενό μπάνιο. Επίσης, κάτι το οποίο μας παραξενεψε πολύ, η οικοδέσποινα μπήκε στο κατάλυμα εν ώρα απουσίας μας για να αφήσει ένα μπουκάλι νερό χωρίς την άδεια μας.
