Garden House

Nice accomodation, with basic things you need for your vacation by the sea. The hosts are absolutely adorable people, they were very helpful with all the requests. It's 5 minutes walk to the sea. Calm area, nice sitting patio outside. Recommended!

The whole Garden House is brand new, newly constructed, and equipped. So, we liked everything about our studio number 7. The garden is very nice, but it is not as big as it appears in the pictures and it is shared by all 20 facilities (mostly studios and a few apartments) Thus it can be overcrowded by guests, children, and noise. The beach is within walking distance, second row of villas from the beach front. Some find it close. I don't. It stretches for kilometres left and right in a straight line and faces the open sea.

The garden villa doesn't have its own parking or street parking option. Instead, parking is a 5-minute walk on an empty plot, dirty surface (grass and dust) - not so nice. The beach requires beach shoes for comfortable entry. There is a stretch of big underwater rocks which makes entering the sea quite uncomfortable! It becomes deep quite soon. The shops are very small with limited supply. Has two markets and 2 butcher shops, no bakery. This place Velika or Velica is basically a farming village, making its basic steps towards tourist place. Quiet and underdeveloped.

Walking distance from the beach. Yard was convenient for the kids.

There was a lot of humidity in the room (the small dehumidifier did not seem to do the work). Room was rather small. Bathroom (and probably the whole room) in need of refurbishment.
