Front desk staff and cleaning crew were excellent

The breakfast area floor was dirty during the breakfast time , they had two guys doing the breakfast and for two days the floor was dirty with eggs and pieces of bread while dinning there

Great location, welcoming & friendly staff, comfortable quiet room, well furnished.

The pillows, there was little support.

The staff was friendly and professional. The room was clean and mostly quiet, unless the window was open, but it was during San Ysidro so it's understandable that it would be a little noisier. I liked the location near the metro, bus and many restaurants and cafes and easy walking to everything.

Breakfast included would be so nice. However, the little cafe across the street served a lovely breakfast where we ate every morning.

The location is perfect for anyone wishing to see the famous 'Plaza Mayor', with its wonderful atmosphere and nightlife. The rooms are comfortable and the air conditioning was efficient, without being too noisy. The breakfast offered a wide choice of options.

There was no water in the hotel at 07:15 on the Saturday morning, Not their fault, but an inconvenience nevertheless. The management thoughtfully did not charge for my breakfast as a compensation, which was a nice detail. The complimentary water in the room was not replaced on the second day, which given the temperature of 34º would have been welcome. The basement car park, which does not belong to the hotel, is eye-wateringly expensive - € 35/night!
