Perfect place for active holiday

This place is amazing! The location is central in St.Martin, the room is huge, the views are breath taking and the hosts are super nice! We added breakfast as well and it was good. I recommend this place to everyone who looks for a a friendly and warm place.

From our point of view, the location was excellent, close to the highway and allows a star trip to many attractions, We had a problem with the car and the owner of the hotel helped us a lot both in dealing with the rental company and in a technical attempt to solve the problem,

I liked that the hosts were very accommodating and the house has everything you need. The view from the balcony and the surroundings are beautiful!

I would have liked if the breakfast started earlier considering it is a skiing region and it is nice to have an early breakfast and hit the slopes as early as possible. However, the hosts managed to organise it earlier than usual for us.

Excelent, definitely coming back

The owners are really friendly and made us feel like home, the rooms are clean and with a beautiful view, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was good, we got to enjoy homemade plum muffins and homemade pickles. There are really good restaurants in the area and many places to visit like Hallstatt, Dachstein and Liechtensteinklamm. For the money we paid, we got more than we expected. We liked it so much, we decided to come back for new year.

Not that i didn’t like it, i just didn’t pay attention when making the booking, bring your own shampoo, shower gel and hair drier.

Overall a nice place to stay and reasonably priced.

The apartment kitchenette was well furnished. It had most of the utensils to create meals. The apartment had nice black out shades to keep the sun out in the mornings and windows that were easy to open. It also had a nice balcony that was easy to access. The service was friendly and helpful.

The apartment did not have a microwave oven. The pillows were not so good and only 2 were supplied. The bathroom was small and the TV was small.

Perfect balcony view, super friendly and helpful owners. Good/central location between various breath-taking hikes. We loved the ammenities in the room: quality shower, coffee maker, kettle etc. And the breakfast was plentifull and worth it.

Amazing view and good value for money

The location is very convenient: close to the centre and grocery shop, but far enough from the main street, so the traffic noise didn't bother us. The view from the balcony is amazing. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

The apartment we had was a bit old school, different from the one in the picture. It is nothing big but if you care about the interiors it may disturb you (yet it has to be mentioned that everything was working perfectly)

Nice, cosy place, very convenient for skiing in Flachau and Zauchensee

The property is located in a quiet area, but close to a store and a couple of restaurants. The hosts were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The apartment we booked is quite large, it was very clean, warm and with lots of natural light and a nice balcony.

Perfect ski vacation

The city is beautiful, amazing supermarket 5 minutes away, the hosts are SO kind and helpful. 15 minutes ride to Flachau skiing.

Matress was too soft for my boyfriend, but like a cloud for me :)

Útulné ubytování. Pohodlné postele. Velmi milí domácí. Možnost objednání snídaně. Nebo - na chodbě je k dispozici lednička, kde si můžete uchovat potraviny. V blízkém okolí supermarket i výborná restaurace. Doporučuji.

Nic nemohu vytknout. Snad jen moje auto nemohlo vyjet přímo k penzionu, když napadl sníh. Penzion je trochu ve svahu. Se silným autem nic nehrozí.

מקום יפה, מטופח, מושקע, מארחת מקסימה וארוחת הבוקר טעימה

בעלת המקום מקסימה, מאירת פנים, לבבית, נכונה לעזור ארוחת הבוקר (בתוספת תשלם) הייתה טעימה והוגשה בצורה מאד אסתטית המקלחת הייתה מרווחת, זרם חזק של מים חמים היה שפע של נייר טואלט, שמפו וסבון, כלי מטבח - נשמע קטנוני, אבל בצימר הקודם זה לא היה וזה נתן תחושה לא נעימה

ה- WIFI היה מאד חלש, נאלצנו להגדיל את חבילת הגלישה של הילדים המיטות וכריות היו פחות נוחים

Świetna lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko do Hallstatt, do Świata Lodowych Olbrzymów oraz na lodowiec Dachstein. W tej malutkiej miejscowości jest sporo restauracji i każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Właściciele bardzo mili i pomocni. Świetnie łóżka, można się bardzo dobrze wyspać. Polecamy Haus Farmer jak najbardziej.

Ein wunderbarer Erholungsort mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Ruhig und sauber.

Freundlicher Empfang. Wir konnten viel früher einchecken, was uns sehr hilfreich war. Das Zimmer war groß, Balkon und gut ausgestattet. Aussicht fabelhaft. Wir hatten keine Zeit zum Frühstücken, was wir jedoch gesehen haben davon, war ganz wunderbar.
