This was the last hotel we stayed at in CR. We enjoyed our time in it, the biggest bonus was a large room with 2 beds and plenty of space for last minute packing. It's also great that you can get a good nights sleep here before/after travel.
The A/C in Studio Hotel was the best we had in CR. It didn't blow on us and wasn't too cold. The hotel staff were very helpful. We bought a mango days before and didn't want to throw it out and the restaurant staff lent us a plate and cutlery set.
In the morning we didn't get to have breakfast since our flight was super early in the morning BUT the hotel did prepare a little coffee cart for us with some cake. We really appreciated that before our long day of travelling.
We were very impressed by the pool, it looks much smaller in photos. it's a rooftop pool but covered so that you can hide from the shade which I really appreciated.
The whole inside of the Hotel is basically a gallery. We had fun just walking around and appreciating everything.
There's a guarded courtyard with a ramp where you can park your car, which we really appreciated. It's also shaded by a large tree so the car doesn't get crazy hot.
The only thing I was a bit disappointed by was the gym. There wasn't much there and it was a very small room, compare to the level of the rest of the hotel, it didn't match.

Clean and beautiful art
I arrived late. I had prearranged a shuttle transportation to the hotel. I was told it would have the hotel name on the side. When I arrived it was a taxi and I thought I had prepaid with the hotel via booking. The driver ended up telling me I needed to pay him directly in cash. I let him know I thought it was completed via the hotel. Since it was late I agreed and paid the driver at the hotel with a card.
