Great stay in a spacious and well-equipped hotel — but not accessible for wheelchair users

The hotel was beautifully maintained, clean, and located in a scenic part of Bramberg am Wildkogel. We stayed in a spacious and well-equipped suite, which offered plenty of comfort and convenience. Breakfast was delicious and offered a good selection of items. The service at breakfast was particularly lovely, with a kind and attentive lady making the mornings feel very welcoming.

Unfortunately, the accessibility of the hotel is problematic. The ramp leading to the main entrance on the first floor is extremely steep and practically unusable for wheelchair users. As a result, the hotel is not suitable for guests who cannot use stairs.

Fantastic hotel in the heart of the mountains

The place was beautiful and very clean. The smell of sauna herbs was constantly in the building which made it feel cozy and fresh. The location is incredible with thousands of hikes around, a cable car just walking distance and the fact that you can just hike the whole day then relax at the sauna was the cherry on the cake. They even give you a bath robe for guests. And the breakfast was incredible, the bread was super soft and they made fresh eggs every day just for you.

It's a small detail but the room I got had nothing in terms of kitchen utensils. A water kettle, a mug and some basic cutlery in the room would be helpful so we can prepare a snack (like a sandwich or chopped vegetables) for the hikes. So make sure to bring your own stuff in case the room you pick doesn't have a kitchen and you like to prepare some food for the hikes. Maybe it's not necessary since the breakfast was quite nice.

The place is really quite, calm and near to many hiking sites. The hotel itself was really clean, the room is cozy with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom, we also had a balcony with a view. Great breakfast with many options.

Very nice Austrian hotel with local touches

Hotel is very cute and well located. Staff were outstanding and super welcoming and flexible. Views were nice from the rooms and everything felt a little bit like home. Would definitely stay again.

Note that wifi was very weak and we had to use data during our stay. They also turn off the hot water overnight, which means if you wake up early (like me), you will shower without hot water (at 4 am or so). Balcony was nice, but small -- some of the suites have much larger balconies. Get one of those, if possible.

One of the best places to stay for sledding and skiing and within a reasonable budget.

Breakfast is always great and plentiful. I love the eggs with bacon. The self serve coffee machine is an excellent part of the morning too.

I usually can't find anything wrong with this place but it is usually really warm in all of the common areas. I am always hot so this isn't a big concern.

Excellent location with a 30 second walk to the ski lift.

The room was clean and large with an updated bathroom and a nice balcony overlooking the town. The location is excellent. Only a short walk to the ski lift. The included breakfast was very ample with most anything you could desire along with fresh fruits. There is a coffee maker too, so you can drink different kind of coffee, or tea any time.

Ein ganz tolles Hotel, und sollten wir wieder in der Nähe sein, kommen wir gerne wieder.

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, um gleich nebenan in die Gondel auf den Wildkogel steigen zu können. Es liegt inmitten einer Wiese, das heißt es ist in der Nacht absolut ruhig, außer wenn in einer Bar in der Nähe am Samstag bis gegen Mitternacht Musik gespielt wird. Wir wohnten im Zirbenzimmer, und ja, der Geruch war wunderbar angenehm. In der Nacht konnte man die Fenster geöffnet lassen, und so kam kühle Nachtluft in unser nach NW gelegenes Zimmer.

Eine kleine Anregung: Im Badezimmer wäre ein Haken mehr sehr hilfreich, um die Handtücher noch besser aufhängen zu können. Und: Eine kleine Ablage neben dem WC wäre auch sehr angenehm.

Świetna lokalizacja! Pokój z widokiem na góry, bardzo przestronny z aneksem kuchennym, tarasem/balkonem. łóżka wygodne. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel (np. w rezerwacji stolika w pobliskiej restauracji). Smaczne śniadanie (każdy znajdzie coś smacznego dla siebie). Znakomite miejsce do wypadu na Wildkogel, Resterkogel, czy wypad na Grossglockner Hochalpenstrasse.
