Worn out rooms, indifferent staff, broken equipment in the room and restaurant. This place desperately needs a refurbis

Location is good. I’ve stayed here before and whilst the rooms are a bit tired they were previously ok.

The room I had had various lights/sockets that didn’t work and it wasn’t particularly clean

Located edge of town. Clean with easy parking.

Located on edge of town. Clean and easy parking. Stayed on a Sunday evening with limited restaurants but sufficient in the town. Pizza van close to the hotel looked good but very busy. Air conditioning welcome in very hot conditions. Good breakfast.

No bar or restaurant open at the hotel Sunday evening, even though it is advertised as open.

Very short of what booking information implied.

I have already sent you an email about our stay at Campanile to which you replied asking me to call you however i have a problem with one leg and have been taken into hospital and it is not easy to phone you. Please respond to my email by email.

The hotel appears very run down and grossly understaffed, most of the time only one staff to cope single handed with up to twenty guests, no room service or replacement of consumables'. Restaurant could only offer very limited choice and then had to close because of lack of staff and ingredients

an easy place to crash, nothing fancy.

staff was great. breakfast was okay. it was near some good food spots too.

we had to switch rooms because there were ants everywhere. staff was very accommodating and got us a new room.

We appreciated the peace and quiet, and having a car park, and easy location, 10 minutes on foot to the town centre.

The breakfast was mediocre. A little overpriced for what you get. But adequate. Don't let it put you off.

Not much to be honest.

Dirty. Old and poorly maintained. Dust, scratches out of.date furniture. Considering the state of dirtiness no doubt that the Anti Covid prevention measures are only applied on...the welcoming card!!! The room is called a family suite. One can t close the separation door between the parents side and the kids one because the door is blocked by the bed that is on the way!!!! Not even a toilet brush! Outdated interior. Once upon a.time there was a castle. The heater didn't work properly. Ended up caughting a cold Ok, I could keep on writing because there is a lot to say... Too much!??

Staff was very friendly. Although my French skills are bad, we got along very well. The interior was plain and simple and clean. I was totally satisfied.

My only suggestion would be a little fridge. Would be nice in the hot summer.

Dirty. Hairs all over the bathroom. Very noisy. Rooms don't have any kind of acoustic isolation.

Déçu

L emplacement, le parking

Le chauffage dans la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas, on nous a répondu de faire couler l'eau chaude pour chauffer la salle de bain. La clim réversible ne fonctionnait pas, heureusement il y avait un petit radiateur d appoint. L alarme s est déclenché pendant un dizaine de minute sans que ça n affole personne de l'hôtel.

Perte d’argent et perte de temps

Sincèrement je n’ai pas aimer grand choses

La femme de ménage qui rentre à 2 reprise dans la chambre sans toquer une fois à 9h et une fois à 11h10 j’avais 10 minute de retard car jetait très malade et elle a toquer comme si c’était la police très fort en disant « faut se réveiller là sortez de la » alors qu’elle aurais pu quand même se montrer plus polie et respectueuse, la chambre était sal, et la manette du store etzit casser je ne pouvais pas ni fermer ni ouvrir le volet, ensuite le bouchon pour le bain n’es pas conforme il est donc impossible de prendre une douche, sa devrais être remboursable de payer si cher pour avoir ça.
