Very basic but friendly and excellent food

The staff were extremely friendly and the food in the restaurant was excellent.

The room was cold. They provided the bare minimum in everything. Limited teabags, only three pillows for two of us, thin very small towels, two tiny bottles of shower gel.

Brit Hotel is one of the best locations to stay in La Ferte, close to the center, shops and beautiful lake around. The menue of the restaurant was amazing, we enjoyed French cousin. The rooms were cleaned everyday, personnel speak English, very kind and polite. Would like to stay next time.

Hotel was perfect. We drove from south east Germany en route to Brittany so we wanted to stop overnight, but not near Paris. The lady running the hotel was super friendly, hotel room was spotlessly clean, breakfast was very tasty and we were able to check out at 12 midday.

Didn't notice that a 7 and a 9 Yr old were both on full price breakfast. Not the end of the world, I was too tired to read the flyer properly.

Le bruit dans le couloir, tout raisonne, porte bruyante, accueil désobligeant par la dame, autoritaire, pas de porte pq il.faut donc soit penser a le prendre sur la tablette soir se tordre pour l'attraper, carrelage de baignoire tout moisi et rout casser, pommeau de douche accrocher avec un elastique et en haut impossible de le descendre, sur 4 serviette 1 seule grande, rideau de douche sale en bas le tout pour 76euros et comme m'a dis si gentiment la dame, cest parce que vous êtes passer par booking, fallait nous appeler, sauf quebmoi je passe par eux parce que j'ai des prix par la macif, oui ben fallait nous appeler, en attendant vu la salle de bain ça n'aurait rien changer..

La montée des escaliers pour atteindre les chambres au 2ème. Pour le petit déjeuner 11 euros par personne : café bas de gamme à peine chaud et qualité des produits présentés moyenne. Froid. Salle de restaurant placard à repeindre. Très mauvais goût.
