On the ground floor, you'll find a kitchen with a dining area that opens onto the garden, a large entrance hall with open access to the living room, a double bedroom with two single beds, and a complete bathroom with a shower and toilet.
A staircase leads to the upper floor, where a 35 m² hall distributes to three suites (each with a complete bathroom and toilet, 2 of them with double bed and the other one with 2 single beds), a double bedroom with 2 single beds, a dormitory for 4 people with 4 single beds, a complete bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, an independent toilet, and a shower room.
All bedrooms are exterior and have fans, with high ceilings on the upper floor and standing fans on the ground floor.
The exterior boasts a furnished terrace with a dining table, a garden for children to play, an olive grove, and a private saltwater swimming pool measuring 20 x 3.5 meters.
The pool is located in a large fenced area with a beautiful lawn, sun loungers, and a lounge covered by pergolas.
Renovated in 2016 and updated in 2024, the house is situated on a flat and open 5,000 m² plot for private use. It is equipped with everything you need to enjoy a fantastic family vacation in a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere.

We had a really lovely stay here, the house and grounds were beautiful, everything was very clean and Oscar and Cristina were excellent. I would definitely stay again.

Prima, schoon en mooi huis met een prachtig zwembad. Huis staat op een groot terrein met dus veel privacy. Helaas zaten wij in een hittegolf en was er geen airco (alleen ventilatoren).Oscar en Christine waren erg behulpzaam gedurende deze week en gaven antwoord op al onze vragen inclusief tips.

La casa es muy amplia y tiene casi todos los servicios para disfrutar de una estancia perfecta. Se echa en falta una ducha en la zona de la piscina y algo más de iluminación en la zona de fuera para cenar.

La casa és molt àmplia i està molt ben equipada. El lloc és molt tranquil, sense cap soroll i amb vistes a 360º. La piscina també esta molt bé, és gran, es pot nedar i té una zona amb mobiliari i ombra. També ens va agrdadar que tot i estar aïllada, el poble està a cinc minuts caminant i es pot anar a comprar queviures. En quinze minuts de cotxe estàs a la zona d'Empúries, a Torroella i a altres pobles, perfecte per visitar l'Empordà. Com a punt feble, a la sala d'estar li falta llum natural, és comfortable però una mica justa de mida pels possibles ocupants. També ens va sorprendre no tenir televisió, això es pot considerar un avantatge o no ...depèn de cadascú. En general tot molt bé.
