First time staying at Bellavista. We've been to Montecatini numerous times. The hotel room was very clean. They offered an excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. The only negative during our stay was not being able to control the AC. The front desk controls the AC, and the weather was extremely hot the first 2 nights. The room was very hot and humid. Despite speaking to the front desk staff, the adjustments to the AC made very little difference. We decided to open the windows, and it got worse because we got eaten alive by mosquitoes. Once the weather cooled off a bit, the room temperature was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again despite that brief inconvenience.
