Need more shelves , hangers in bathroom , shower rather basic and needs some shelf inside for soap shampoo etc . Also a grip rail as quite a step out of the shower , difficult for older people worried about slipping .

Location was excellent. Dinner was very good. Service was good. Very busy with customers.
The bed was uncomfortable. Very hard.

The service, checking in and out was really easy, and the cleaners did a good job overall, the bedroom had a nice view of the outside and the AC was very much needed because of how cold it is outside so it was very appreciated.
The bathroom had a tall mirror I could only see my head in, and the shower had a step from which I could've fallen or tripped. Also there was nothing to put on the floor outside of the shower in order to not trip from being all wet on the floor tiles, so I put one of the towels there to solve it and it helped. Also the water had a rough time calibrating the temperature, but the pressure was good.

No basic things in room / Hairdryer/ no iron can be rented.
Cold in the room / was not good isolated despite using ac to heat.
