We stay there quite often. This time a few things were not perfect.

Ideal for our purpose. Close to A4 . Walking distance to Restaurants. Parking garage ideal.

Hair on the floor in the bathroom. Lift not working. Very friendly cleaner telling me we can use the staff elevator, what we eventually did.

Left behind a bag of laundry by mistake. Although alerting the front desk within hours of departure it was never recovered. Apparently the outsourced room cleaner through it in the trash… shirts worth €160 just gone. Despite this being against the law (duty of care guest possessions even after check-out) no compensation or apologies…

Good location in city centre. Spacious room. Bedroom very clean. Staff very helpful.

Air conditioning not working in bedroom. No vending machines to buy hot drinks after reception closed even though posters around hotel stated facilities were available. Bathroom could have been cleaner.

Nice hotel at a good price, walking distance from town

Found this hotel at a great price for a last-minute trip. The staff was very friendly. The elevator had broken the day we checked in, so they moved guests to the first floor. The breakfast was also very nice!

Disappointing

The elevator was not working at arrival and departure. The rooms are pretty far away from the reception and we carried our lugguges 2/3 floor by stairs. At the room there wasnt even water. They told us we need to go to the reception to buy water The breakfast was dissapointed. Just a few things and not enough for everybody.

The guy at the front desk was super friendly. The room was neat and I slept well which is unusual for me.

That cleaning staff tried to enter the room after I said No. On the morning I was checking out anyway.

Good serviceable hotel at a fair price

The room was large, the bed comfortable, there was secure underground parking, and the breakfast was OK. It was near the town centre. The guy on the counter was friendly.

No bar!! The bathroom was sevicable and clean but the angle of the shower (with no shower door) resulted in spray over the sink, toiletries etc.
