Incredibly beautiful landscape and views. Loved the balcony and spending time looking at the coast. The rooms are stylish and the recent renovation matches the vibe of the location perfectly. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Some interesting choices were made with the recent reno. I'm guessing replacing the presence of a TV for an art piece and a radio is a deliberate choice (because a Tivoli radio these days is more expensive than a TV) but it felt kind of an imposition. This combined with the lack of a minibar/fridge in the room made it feel a bit basic/no frills, which for a 200 per night room in winter doesn't sound like great value. The lack of food room service in a place that advertises itself as a hotel restaurant was disappointing. The only room service in offer was a limited drinks menu, with crazy prices like a soda for 10 euros.
