Hôtel Le Provençal - Rénové en 2025 - Bord de Mer

Der Platz am Meer ist ein Traum und das Personal in der Bar du Soleil muss sich seines gleichen suchen. Wir hatten ein wenig Sorgen, ob wir wirklich alles gut vorfinden, oder ob die Bedenken anderer Bewerter stimmen , aber bei uns war alles perfekt. Lediglich die Zimmer sind nicht optimal. Alles andere war perfekt.

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer.

Absolutely stunning location. The style of the hotel is beautiful. The bar du soleil was excellent, stunning location and delicious food.

Some elements just miss the mark and are lacking. The bar du soleil was excellent however La Rascasse restaurant we thought was not as good and we certainly noticed service was poorer there. Both restaurants were expensive. There was a lot of construction, very noisy work commenced at 7am followed by a fire alarm also early morning. How the alarm/evacuation was managed was terrible. Some guests remained inside eating breakfast, others gathered in front of the property - at no point did any member of staff actually instruct guests on what they should be doing nor was there any explanation or apology for the disruption.

The location, the beach and the hotel’s charm.

The service in the cafe was inconsistent depending on who was working. Over all kind service.

Bella posizione, mi è piaciuto lo stile retrò volutamente mantenuto in fase di ristrutturazione (tutt'ora in corso).

Spiaggia e parcheggio lontani dalla struttura e di difficile accesso per chi ha difficoltà motorie. Colazione solo ok, poca scelta. Teli mare (uno per persona) vengono cambiati solo una volta al giorno, se disponibili. Zona piscina non servita, e ho visto altri ospiti essere ripresi perché avevano portato cibo e bevande dall'esterno. Hotel ancora in fase di ristrutturazione e già necessita di ritocchi (lampada rotta in bagno segnalata e mai sistemata). Moquette del ristorante principale molto sporca. Personale non sempre disponibile, ma forse questo dovuto alla difficile comunicazione, alcuni non parlano inglese.
