Fresh interior. Seemed all new. Modern fixtures. Nice couch. Good AC. Good bed. Excellent bathroom and shower. Fine hot water. Quiet surroundings. Good looking kitchenette but we didn't use so can't speak to function. Happened to be suffering from a bad cold during stay and it provided a very nice spot for a day off.
Had a remote room of the main property in town. About a 5 minute walk from where breakfast is served.

Not surprisingly, since this is in France in a prime destination, the room was small, but it made up for it in comfort, plus it was very quiet, had excellent air conditioning, and a good shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were plentiful with very good baguettes and croissants.
The room could have been painted a brighter colour, but this wasn't a very important detraction. It would have been a pleasant extra if there was a fresh cheese or yogurt with the breakfast.
