Brilliant, comfortable and friendly hotel near ski lifts in a great skiing area. A super holiday!!!

Hotel Gotthard is fabulous. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a huge selection. There were several restaurants to chose from in the hotel and other nice restaurants a stone throw away. The hotel had great facilities including a pool table and a beautiful swimming pool and sauna. A special shoutout goes to the wonderful bar staff who were great company after a hard days skiing!

hotel has a good location ( it is a center of Lech); grocery shop is located across the road; it takes 5 min to get to lifts in 2 directions) staff are friendly; breakfast is excellent; much food and pastries; also tip can order something extra (fried eggs/pancakes/ vowels and etc); there are a huge parking area with a convenient entrance

only one charting station, which was busy 24/7; price on charging station is high and it is given while you are staying at the hotel that is not convenient if you need to charge an auto once/twice

Brilliant location and staff, and the rooms are very nice. Just as charming in the winter as it is during the summer.

The food could do with a little more regional variety, and the gym desperately needs more specialised strength training equipment.

Road outside was a little loud when the door was open but that's unavoidable and self-inflicted! Breakfast could have done with a little more choice.

Love Lech, but the Gotthard not!

The hotel service was awful. We contacted the hotel before we arrived to make some dinner reservations including arrival night. They could manage only some of the nights and when we asked for assistance in booking restaurants elsewhere they said we’d left it too late and everywhere would be full. We then asked about room service instead which they said they didn’t do. So we contacted all the ‘full’ restaurants and made a different reservation at very high quality restaurants for every single night. So we cancelled the nights we had reserved at the Gotthard, especially after seeing a trolley outside our neighbour’s room one evening with the remains of a room service dinner! We thought the reception staff were cold and unfriendly but elsewhere in Lech the staff were superb and we’ve already chosen our hotel for our return visits. (One for summer hiking and another ski trip). The pool and brewery area is lovely but the bedrooms (at least ours) are tired and drab. The bar area is very quiet, a bit dull certainly compared to the other hotels in the village. Parts of it felt and looked like an Old Folks home! All in all our B & B deal at Gotthard was shocking value for money.

Hervorragend geführtes Hotel an zentraler Lage mit erstklassigem Service

Große, gemütliche Zimmer. Tiefgarage mit Lademöglichkeit für Elektrofahrzeuge. Tolles Schwimmbad mit überraschendem Wellnessbereich. Ausgezeichnetes Restaurant mit Gartenterrasse im Haus, reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.
