    Big disappointment. We didn't expect anything special, but this is really below all criteria. Shower cabin size 100x40cm! I'm a bit of a bigger person and I had to do acrobatics to take a shower. The room smelled stale, and when we opened the window, the smell of urine came from outside. The room was very small, the TV didn't work. The parking lot was full, but the person at the reception showed us where we could park, so I have no complaints about that. Why did they take our ID cards at the reception? We traveled all over Italy and only at Villa Ricci did we have to leave our ID cards at the reception. We traveled through Tuscany without any personal documents. What if the police stopped us? Unbelievable, but precisely because of all the above, I can't recommend this hotel.
