It’s just a bit warm

Really good value for money. My room at the back was super quiet, comfortable, very clean and a really easy check in. For me it was a great location and turns out it was directly opposite the building I was meeting in. Really appreciated the fan.

Place was a little dusty, cabinets and surfaces could use a slight refurbish but otherwise great value for money

Failure to take responsibility and accountability when smoke alarms went off on Saturday night, 27th June 2026 from 21:13 to 23:00. No fire control panel exists at the property to enable identification of the affected zone which lead to physically checking each room and floor. No trigger or room could be identified by staff x2 which resulted in smoke alarms being removed on all floors and rooms to silence the continuous blasting sound until I challenged this decision and expressed my intention to check out immediately and look for an alternative accommodation as I could not spend a night in such unsafe environment. Staff on duty (first to turn up) at the property when I rang regarding the smoke alarms going off was advised by someone on the phone to take the smoke alarms off the ceiling. Observed unsafe practice as the staff member was climbing on a chair to try and unsuccessfully reach the smoke alarms This experience was very inconvenient, distressing, frustrating and stressful as I had a lot of work to complete that was due on Sunday, 28th June 2026 @ 07:30. Requested for the property's email via WhatsApp address to raise my fire safety and health and safety concerns at this property: not given to date (7th July 2026) Water temperature in the shower is cold.
