It is a modern, comfortable apartment close to the ocean, bus stop and mercato. The garden around the house is nice.

Comfy bed, staff very attentive and brought me tv and recommended restaurant and dropped me off
Shower was not good . Warm water only lasted a few minutes and had to wash hair in cold water

Great apartment to stay for a couple of days. Clean comfy, safe and very well equipped (blankets, towels, glasses….). George provided a GSM based WiFi router with excellent connection. Was always great to have breakfast on the balcony looking at palmtrees and pool. The apartment is part of a very big compound (Vila Verde) about 2km from St Maria - security included. Quiet beach with white sand (at the Melia hotel) 10min walking.
It is better to have a rental car/scooter. Vila Verde provides bus service every 1-2 hours 10am-10pm

Das Apartment Calistemon B109 ist im 1 stock - also gar nicht so wie das foto verspricht. Es ist 1 Zimmer und nicht 2 Zimmer - was ich eigentlich gebucht habe. Kommunikation mit dem Host lief nicht gut. Er behauptete wenn ich jetzt bei Ankunft storniere (weil es nicht das ist was gebucht habe) dann müsse ich den ganzen Betrag an booking überweisen - ich habe eine stornierungsanfrage geschickt aber er hat abgelehnt.
Vor allem dass es nicht das war was ich gebucht und bezahlt habe. Es ist doch ein ganzes Stück entfernt von Santa Maria - und in dieser Ghostcity wie sie von Einheimischen genannt wird - ist außer einem Supermarkt gar nichts. Keine Klimaanlage. Aber der Pool war zumindest schön und sauber und das Appartement und das Bett soweit bequem. Wifi nur am Pool.
