It was a large nice place. No view was unfortunate.

My friend dropped the remote, got down to pick it up and about got sick at underneath the bed.

the extra room made us feel like we were on the beach the closeness you could here the waves

Near the beach without direct access, sounds of the surf can be heard at night
Window blinds were in disrepair (broken or missing slates). Closet door knobs were broken and hazardous. Queen size bed squeaked with every move. Kitchen and bathroom, while adequate, were tiny, tiny, with very little room to move in either space. Kitchen/Bath were located right next to each other so the person in the kitchen had to move out of the way for someone else to enter the toilet room. The guest barbeque was unusable (no starter, caked on old food, rusty and full of bugs), and the adjoining picnic table was broken, nor did it have seats. BBQ located next to the smelly dumpster.
