the staffs were very nice and helpful. we asked for a crib and they gave us the crib already installed, completed with baby pillows etc. very great hospitality. i have no complain for the location because i was visiting relatives nearby anyway. connected to the malls so no problem for finding food.

for a 5 star hotel, they should take a look more into the cleanliness. i’m very picky with the cleanliness of the hotel, i found big stains (brown stains) on the bed so i asked them to change the bed sheet the next morning (we were so tired for the trip, i had no energy to wait for them to change it) the bidet was also dirty so my husband had to clean it before using it. maybe the staffs should be careful before installing the bed sheets :)

Feel cheated. Paid the equivalent of 115 USD for a so called "Executive Queen Room", because was the lowest room type available. My partner booked an "De Luxe Queen Room" for the next night for USD 50. When moving in, found out it was the exactly same room standard. Only on the 11th instead of the 15th floor and we had two small towels less. Outrageous for what they dare take 115 USD! Service staff is undertrained. Like, insisting the bill to be paid while we're eating. Then refusing to put it on the room number, because the deposit they asked us for at check in was lower than the bill. Such a fuzz while we were trying to enjoy our dinner. The corridors are full of dirty plates from finished room service, even at 8 in the morning the plates from the AFTERNOON BEFORE are not cleared from the floor. Cockroach heaven. Same at 2pm, breakfast room service plates still around. Staff walks through with empty hands, not picking it up ("not my job" ). Will definitely not come back to Wyndham Opi in Palembang.
