The hotel was very clean and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. The staff was amazing from the front desk to the restaurant staff to the bellhops. A special thank you to Ayu and Fadly, they were so helpful.

Clean hotel, good staff but the hotel was renovating some areas, therefore spa, swimming pool and other amenities were closed

When I checked in, I found the hotel was very noisy caused the renovation activities, and I asked to the front desk official at what time the activity will be stopped in the evening, I got the answere...till night, so I called the support team of the Expedia about the matter, and ask for move to other hotel if the renovation activity could not end at 9-10 pm.
I told the staff who was incharge, that I will ask for moving to other hotel
IF the activity could not end at 9-10, and They agree to end the noisy activity at 9pm. I appreciate the hotel to end the noisy work at 9pm, and
I cancel my intention to move to other hotel. Thank you for mutual understanding

previously not sure to book this hotel because previous review give bad experience due to construction at night. however during my stay there was no constructions works at night, so we had good sleep. I think the management give attention to guest suggestions.
The only thing i don't like is the shower, sometimes it isn't warm.
