The Staff!! So kind and nice. Also very professional, on my first night there when I came back to the hotel, there were 6 police cars with lights on and caution tape around the front entrance. The staff were there, very helpful and professional.
My room! For the price it needs to be updated. I enjoyed having a coffee pot and refrigerator but NO microwave. There was a microwave by the front desk area but couldn't use it the first night. Not convenient when I was on the third floor. Also the bathroom didn't have a fan. And the ice machine was broken.
