About this house rental
Step back in time in one of the oldest homes on Torch Lake. This classic cottage will bring back childhood days at the grandparents. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home sits right on Torch Lake and has wonderful views. There is a large family room, kitchen, laundry, bathroom and master suite on main level and 2 bedrooms and a bath upstairs. There are 2 docks and 1 buoy for this cottage and a marina just down the lake if you choose to rent a boat during your stay. Cant go wrong with this great place.
This cottage does not have AC, but with windows open, can get a great breeze off the lake. Each bedroom has a fan
Dog friendly and pet fee is $20 per night--2 dog maximum
This cottage shares this lot with 2 other cottages and all 3 share the 2 docks
Please note: If not a family with kids, all guests must be 25 or older

It was very easy to get in touch with the host. We had a great time , there was lots of room for everyone.

The location is great, but they could invest in fixing things around the house. For example, ceiling fans not working in a bedroom, lightbulbs burnt out, windows could be cleaned and carpet needs replaced.
However, they were very responsive when we told them there was no hot water. They fixed it that day.
