Great stay in Bali

The Staff were exceptional and extremely friendly. The breakfasts and food in general was excellent.

The only downside was the location of the hotel.we were able to visit many places however by using taxis which were cheap and reliable. I would like to see more handrails around the hotel to assist with climbing steps. Otherwise it was absolutely amazing.

Nice quiet hotel with excellent staff.

All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious and well priced for a hotel restaurant. Cleaning of rooms was to a great standard. Air con lovely and cool.

You could regularly hear people moving their chairs in neighboring rooms and sometimes hear people walking heavily in rooms above. No wine on the bar menu.

The bathroom and hallway tiles were dangerously slippery, I nearly fell just from walking - please be careful. Location was out of Legian so not very central but good if you want to be out of the busy area.

The friendliness of the staff, they are professional and put love and care into what they do daily, from the moment you walk up into the hotel the staff take care of you with a smile. The pool is great, and the hotel is very clean.

If I had to say something I didn’t like, i would say location wise it can be far from some things.

Lovely stay!

Garden and pool. Daily all you can eat BBQ. Within a quick bike ride there are a lot of shops and restaurants. There's a water cooler at the lobby for unlimited drinking water.

The street outside the hotel isn't great. It's not pleasant o walk around. However I found the cutest souvenir store called Meyers Homewares 10min wal away!

Breakfast was amazing, staff was super nice and even helped us celebrate our anniversary. Great location overall, from the beach and a very quiet simple stay!

Swimming pool hours - by the time you do touristy things, and want to come back to relax, the pool is closed (8am-8pm) and same thing with the shuttle bus times. Just didnt work for us that the shuttle times were few.

A nice place to stay for a couple of nights. More low key than the big resorts.

It was on the smaller side, which was fabulous as there were not huge amounts of people staying there. The pool was nice, though there wasn’t always available chairs to use/sit on. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was ok. We moved seats as a woman was smoking at her table right next to us and the smell was awful whilst trying to eat. We told staff but they didn’t seem to think it was an issue.

Limited pool seating, no bacon available at buffet (had to ask to have it cooked at the time). Loud rooster next door, though this was no fault of the property.

We loved the staff and their hard work and consideration

We did struggle with noise from unit above which kept us up early hours some mornings. We could hear lis talking, chairs dragging and glasses being placed on the floor. This was not the hotels fault

Great hotel total bargain.

Staff are fantastic. Try not to get a room on the road side it can be a but noisy. There were some little ants that got in, too. Pool and swim up bar are great. Really fast laundry next door very cheap. You do need to get a grab or gojek to go places but its cheap too. For the price I don't think it can be beaten its great.

good location and hotel for a short break but pool area and gym were disappointing

breakfast was good variety and room was clean

the pictures indicated that the pool was in the sun unfortunately it didn't get any sun and therefore nobody went to the pool area. The balcony had no furniture and therefore you could sit outside on the balcony. gym equipment was very limited so we had to go else were for a work out.

Fantastic hotel experience with best breakfast experience in Bali

The staff treated me like a celebrity for speaking to them in Balinese. The breakfast was the best I have had in any hotel ever. Will absolutely stay here again

Location was good, walking distance to main cafe strip, staff friendly and very good value for money for a clean, comfortable and modern hotel room.

I was disappointed in the pool area. A highlight for me is always relaxing and eating by the pool. The pool chairs were submerged in water, when people were swimming the water rose and wet the towel, clothes etc, there were no cushions on the lounge chairs making it uncomfortable, it was awkward to eat food ‘in water’ with a very small table, and reaching to get the food from wait staff was difficult, the cocktails were below average in skill/standard.
