About this house rental
We have brought the comforts of the USA to Italy. New bedding, memory foam mattresses, new living room furniture & entire new kitchen installed. Kitchen is fully equipped, but we rarely use it except for a quick coffee in the morning. The house was reconstructed in early 2000's. Marble stairs & stunning hardwoods throughout. Kitchen on bottom floor, front door entry into living room, 2 bedrooms upstairs and accessible rooftop terrace. Comfortable, safe & convenient. A/C in bedrooms. WiFi & TV. Located in downtown Cesena.
House is centrally located to everything in Cesena: Malatestiana Library, Alessandro Bonci Theater, Piazza del Popolo, Manuzzi Football Stadium, historical churches, La Rocca Castle, ippodromo, autostrada and 15km to beautiful Adriatic Ocean. There are many stairs in the house. Bathrooms and bedrooms are upstairs. Kitchen is downstairs. The only area off the street is the living room. Wifi, Netflix & cable TV available in home.

Das Haus entsprach der Beschreibung. Mitten im Zentrum von Cesena, sehr sauber! Fragen an den Vermieter wurden unverzüglich und nett beantwortet. Cesena ist ein sehr nettes Städtchen mit vielen guten Einkaufs Möglichkeiten und vor allem guten Restaurants und Bars. Einzig die Parkplstzsituation ist etwas schwierig. Man muss tagsüber zahlen - ab 18:00 bis 8:30 kann man frei parken.Wenn man tagsüber unterwegs ist, hat man daher aber kein Problem. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Loved this apartment! It was clean, completely updated decor / amenities, fun layout and an amazing view from the rooftop balcony. The location is perfect for walking to cafes, shops, and restaurants or for driving to the beach or countryside. Danielle and Pietro were fantastic hosts and were always quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again if we have the opportunity to return to Cesena.
