Appartamento centralissimo e luminosissimo e raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione in pochi minuti. Terrazzo bellissimo, balcone molto grande. Pulizia ottima. Le "amache" in soggiorno top. Stanze grandi e ben arredate
Piaciuto tutto, ma forse uno scottex o dei tovaglioli di carta in cucina potrebbero essere utili, visto che c'è la possibilità di fare colazione.

Emplacement optimal, taille de l’appartement et des pièces, lits très confortable et de grande taille, vue, 2 terrasses, grands espaces, très agréable pour 4 personnes.
L’appartement mériterait un entretien sérieux et quelques équipements supplémentaires. Il n’y a pas de rideau à la baignoire, pas de support à linge dans la salle de bain, pas de pression dans la douche, peinture du plafond de la salle de bain tombe avec moisissures, pas de produit pour le lave vaisselle, pas de linge à la cuisine.

La vista dal balcone è stupenda
Il bagno è assolutamente da rivedere e almeno la vasca una tenda o un vetro ci vuole assolutamente per evitare di allagare tutto il pavimento quando si fa la doccia. l'appartamento presenta delle rifiniture vecchie che andrebbero sistemate.
