Finca Sa Gruta Marines

Mooie locatie, lekker rustig. Fijn terras. Fijn zwembad en veel ruimte. Alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Als je een vraag had werd er direct gereageerd. Ruim aanbod handdoeken e.d. Goede krachtige ventilatoren aanwezig.

Inrichting is enigszins wat gedateerd. Helaas wel last gehad van stank door nabij geleden riooloverstort. Was afhankelijk van hoe dit wind stond. Veel muggen. Dus anti- muggenspray meenemen.

Emplacement super, endroit très calme, maison parfaite, personnel très disponible et très gentil. La piscine est incroyable et hyper propre 5 min de Porto Cristo, 10 de Cala Millor et 55 min de Palma Merci beaucoup

Les chats un peu envahissants Accès entre les niveaux par l'extérieur Ces 2 points n'ont pas non plus une contrainte pour notre sejour

Was a lovely property in a good location and the facilities were perfect

Due to 7 adult in our party it would have been good to have a sun bed each and extra umbrella round the pool

The Pool, the host, the agency, support in problem cases, location of the house, distribution of the rooms, the "cubbyhole". Everything was as expected or even surpassed our expectations. The house was quite dinstant from any neighbors, a 2 minute drive away from Porto Cristo and 5-10 minutes away from gas stations (cigarettes) and various supermarkets. 20 minutes drive to Cala Ratjada (35€ taxi). Old fashioned house but very clean, toilet paper and various other stuff given. Clean ameneties, clean sheets on beds, clean floor, stove quite new and working properly. Clean and large pool, enough cutlery, ping pong table + rackets, beerpong cups, sunshades, huuuuge pan for a Paella. The owners come by in the late afternoon but if you don't look for them you wouldn't even notice they came by. They let you mind your business. Little baby cats coming by occasionally.

The pictues and description fit in perfectly. We only expected the little bay Cala Petita to be a bit more romantic/clean/sandy whatever - but that may seem to be the case due to bad weather conditions (rain, strong eastern winds) and has little to do with the accomodation itself.
