Villa Fonte all'Oppio con area piscina recintata

Peaceful location, wonderful views, swimming pool and proximity (by car) to Pienza.

Nothing ! The property is located along a long dirt track - this well flagged. But be prepared! Those with mobility issues might find the stairs to the bedrooms somewhat challenging.

This is a beautiful property that looks out on the eastern side of the Val d'Orcia and Montichello. The grounds are very well maintained with a lovely clean swimming pool and plenty of seating areas for relaxing or eating outside. Our apartment (I think there are at least 4) has two big bedrooms and a large dining / kitchen area. It is clean with an old rustic farmhouse character. You'll need to bring your own toiletries and coffee etc. The property is reached on gravel roads (not unusual in rural Tuscany) - Pienza is maybe less than 10 minutes driving on the most direct gravel road, 50 minutes wqlking (quite a steep hill!). Montichello is a bit further.

The hosts were charming, and very helpful! The property was clean and comfortable. We made coffee and breakfast, which was fun and yummy!

Our bedroom was upstairs, and the bathroom was downstairs, but it was easy to turn on the stairs light!

die Lage und Nähe zu Pienza war top

sehr spartanisch eingerichtet & etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Sofa im Esszimmer fällt aus allen Nähten und ist total kaputt
