The location cannot be beat. You are paying for the balcony. It’s a beautiful place and the constant breeze and walkability is excellent.

The apartment was very dirty when we arrived and we had to clean everything. Little hairs all over the bathroom. The shower drain wouldn’t drain and pooled around our ankles, we pulled out clogs of hair from the drain. The dishes were covered in film and the coffee maker had grounds and old coffee smears in it. No parking, no internet.
