Location was brilliant. Very well equipped for self catering. Security excellent. Host who welcomed us very helpful. Explained everything in detail.
Staircase to roof would be difficult for some as spiral and a little wobbly. Roof equipment basic. Hot water ran out in shower if two taken close together. No welcome pack.

Location is perfect on a fairly calm street which has parking and that is very rare and precious. View from the roof to the dunes is exceptional. The private exit to the boardwalk is very usefull. Kitchen is extremely well equiped. Lots of different sunloungers to choose from. Wifi works fast. An easy to use safe.
The bed although confortable was squeaking which always woke the other person. Because there is always a lot of wind/ sandstorms it is not possible to leave your towels outside to dry so a few extra towels would have been very useful. I had to use kitchen towels to dry my hair. You have to enter the bathroom sidewise if you don't want to hit yourself.

The house was lovely and clean. Comfortable beds, excellent WiFi and the kitchen was so well equipped. Love the roof terrace, and we were lucky to have a few days weather when we could use it.
We found the outside furniture not very comfortable, but that’s all really.
