Riga Apartment in the Heart of City

Az apartman tiszta és jól felszerelt volt. A parkolóhely a mélygarázsban található, számomra teljesen megfelelő méretű (Citroen C-Crosser). A hídon átkelve gyalogos távolságban van az óváros, a közelben bevásárlóközpont (Olimpia) is található.

Minden rendben volt.

Fajny apartament na wyspie Kipsala z widokiem na rzekę. Dla rodziny 2+2 trochę mały, ale na dwa dni wystarczający. Łazienka fajnie wyposażona, wygodny prysznic, dostępna pralka i suszarka bębnowa. Duża szafa, dostępna deska do prasowania, żelazko, suszarka do włosów, suszarka na ubrania. Wyposażenie wystarczające. W kuchni ekspres kapsułkowy, talerze, garnki - wszystko co potrzebne. Czysta pościel i ręczniki. W mieszkaniu jest klimatyzacja, co w gorące dni bardzo poprawia jakość mieszkania. Ogólnie czystość, wyposażenia na plus. Na weekend w Rydze, polecam.

Kanapa rozkładana nie nadaje się do spania. Mieszkanie wynajęliśmy dla czterech osób, więc dwie się wyspały na łóżku głównym, dwie niestety nie. Posłane było dla 2 osób, dla dwóch musieliśmy sami szukać pościeli i poduszek. Mieszkanie bardzo jasne, a rolety zaciemniające zamontowane są tylko na części okien. Rano było bardzo jasno, ciężko było się wyspać. Brak windy, ale ta informacja jest w opisie mieszkania.

Czystość, lokalizacja

Brilliant location, well-appointed flat, excellent white goods, spacious. Truly excellent. Air-conditioning and high ceilings.

Flat was not clean on our arrival, with rotten items in the fridge. The owner arranged for a cleaner to come swifly, but the fridge was overlooked with the rancid items not removed. This caused us to go out and eat, while our perishable goods went off in the hot flat. Taxis plus meal cost us approximately 50€. The owner offered us another flat instead which would have cost us more in transport costs. No discount. The bed was far too soft, so we alternated between the bed and sofa-bed. The blinds allow guests to read a book with the lights off at night. We didn't sleep well. A better property manager would have collected at least 9 out 10, by buying a mattress and some curtains, and by cleaning the flat before we arrived.
