Lokasi dekat dengan semua tarikan di Alor Setar. Kelengkapan rumah semua mencukupi. Host pun respon pantas. Check-in pantas. Host bagi check-in awal dan check-out lewat. Boleh tengok kapal terbang lalu.
Air di sinki master bedroom slow. Aircond di bilik tengah slow. Tiada aircond di ruang tamu.
