The host is easily contactable and communicated with. He gave us really good instructions on checking in. He is also accommodating to our request for early check-in but due to our own arrangements, we checked-in as per usual hours. The location is quite hence it is comfortable as it is away from traffic. The property is very clean and complete with an array of facilities for our use.
The host could consider adding in water heaters to 2 of the bathrooms considering some travelers may not be used to showering in cold water in the morning.

Everything about the homestay. Very comfortable and private stay..with a lot of garden chair and every room complete with bed and aircon...so happy with my stay. Suitable for big family stay got a lot of room 5-6 rooms

The host is very good. Handle everything very well and cleaned the hse really good. Very fast in replying and did all the checkin and checkeout very smooth. Wonderful host. Me and my family had a good stay.. House was awesome.. Thank you.
