the INITIAL GREETINGS WAS FRIENDLY...BUT AFTER THAT the service and promises all WENT DOWN HILL AFTER paying them. ITS TYPICAL unfriendly GERMAN RENTAL PLACE...FRIENDLY AT FIRST THEN DECEPTION TO TAKE TO EVERY EURO THEY CAN from the tourist... I NEVER SAW SUCH UNFRIENDLY people....THEY LITERALLY HATED AMERICAN TOURISTS.

when i checked in. my room didnt have hot . the man stated he would give me a partial refund. and then i changed rooms with still didnt have hot water. and this time no microwave. the woman of the house was hateful against american tourist---extremely bizarre . DO NOT STAY IN this AREA. THERE ARE there was a STUDENT PARTy AROUND THIS AREA---could hear the thumping of the music on a weekend night. AND THERE IS NO COVERED PARKING EXCEPT FOR 3 SPOTS. THIS AREA IS MOSTLY FOR GERMANS. THEY DONT LIKE OUTSIDER TOURISTS! THEY HAD ME CHECKIN PROMISING ME A PARTIAL REFUND BECAUSE MY ROOM WAS NOT FREE AND ALSO BECAUSE THERE was NO HOT WATER. but that partial refund NEVER HAPPENED. THE FEMALE WAS VERY BRUTAL IN HOSPTIALITY. EXTREMELY HOSTILE FOR NO REASON AT ALL. ... SHE GOT MAD CAUSE I HAD DIFFICULITiES CHECKING IN and cause i complained there was no on site parking. iTS NOT TOURIST FRIENDLY. foreign renter and tourist beware!

Es war eine ruhige Lage,

Der Weg ins Haus war teilweise unbeleuchtet. Im Bad gab es keine Steckdose für den Fön, das Fenster war nicht abzudunkeln, keine Möglichkeit, die Handtücher aufzuhängen und die Heizung funktionierte nicht. Vermieter wurde darüber informiert hat aber nicht reagiert.

Töpfe u. Pfannen sollten nicht beschichtet sein. Wechselndem Publikum ausgesetzt halten sie mit der Beschichtung nicht lang. (Total zerkratzt und abblätternd).

Für eine Nacht völlig in Ordnung

Die Wohnung war in einem modernen Stil eingerichtet und wirkte gemütlich. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief über einen Schlüsseltresor vollkommen unkompliziert.

Der Raucherplatz war direkt unter dem Fenster, so dass der Rauch ins Zimmer gezogen ist, wenn man lüften wollte. Abends gab es kein warmes Wasser zum Duschen. Das Bett war sehr weich. Die Haustür ging nicht richtig zu schließen und an der Apartmenttür konnte man an dem kaputten Türschild sehen, dass es da schon einen Einbruchsversuch gegeben hatte. Da fühlte ich mich nicht so sicher.

Dusche ließ sich nur brühend heiß oder eiskalt. Durchlauferhitzer müsste mal gecheckt werden.
