The host was very nice! we had breakfast included, which was delicious and homemade (not to mention traditional Sri Lankan food), so we decided to pay extra for dinner too. The location is beautiful and close to national park.

We had a wonderful stay. Children had a wonderful time with associated activities, They have got amazing experiences in Srilankan countryside and farming. Disna, Bandhu and their children have been exceptionally helpful in every possible way. We felt so homely, and my children fell in love with the Srilankan countryside lifestyle etc

The family were very attentive and helpful. The kids got on well with ours. The home cooked breakfasts were really good and tailored to our needs. The local advice was really helpful also.
The main photo is actually not on the property - it is at a nearby lake. There are heaps of mosquitoes and the nets have holes in them, the room is very basic. There is no storage and the power went out regularly. Overall it was a bit of a disappointment. I am not sure how or why it is getting 9/10 reviews.
