Apartments Grassi by Rent Istria

Die Vermieter waren total nette Leute. Uns wurde am erste Tag am Abend Apfelstrudel gebracht und am Abreisetag eine Flasche Wein. Die zentrale Lage, fünf Minuten zum Bäcker und zum Supermarkt und 10 Minuten ins Zentrum. Es war für uns ein schöner Aufenthalt in Umag.

Absolut nichts!

We had a great stay at the apartment ! Mrs Helena is really kind and cheerful !!!! The apartment is spacious , fully - equipped and really close to Umag . Only a 7-minute-walk by the sea . Mrs Helena , thank you for all the gifts 🥰

Helena and Claudio were absolutely wonderful hosts—many thanks to both of them! The apartment was impressively spacious for two people, and the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. One of the highlights was definitely the location: the beach was just 80 meters away, and we visited it several times during our stay. The town center was also just a short 10-minute walk away, making everything easily accessible on foot. The seaside restaurants in Umag were fantastic—great food and a lovely atmosphere. We were 100% satisfied with our stay and are already looking forward to coming back next time!

The apartment advertises a grill, and yes, there is a grilling option—but it’s located behind the house, next to a carport. After checking with Helena and Claudia, they confirmed that we could use it. They even offered to move the car and set up a table with chairs for us. Their attentiveness is incredibly kind, but for a guest, it might feel like a bit too much effort. Perhaps in the future, there could be a dedicated grilling station in the front area of the house. That said, this is really nitpicking at a very high level—everything else was absolutely carefree and perfect :)
