Umag, Moela district. The holiday flat is located on a 700 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees, bordered by a hedge. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally, but uses a separate entrance. View of the garden. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
