Unusual but enjoyable stay, for walking into Lannion and visiting the region.

Superb quiet location on the edge of Lannion Old Town. Quirky property fitted with essentials.

Communications before arrival difficult. Once wifi available became better. Apart from TV and wifi no other equipment instructions found.

A wonderful apartment with a beautiful view. On-site all amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom and dining room. Thanks to great solutions, everything on 60m2 only. A wonderfully glazed building surrounded by greenery. Private car park. The downside is the cleanliness of the facility. You can expect more from the property management. An example is dirty windows, cobwebs, a neglected terrace. Besides, the apartment could use air conditioning. The temperature did not exceed 22⁰ during our stay, but it was quite hot in the room at night. The location of the facility does not allow the terrace window to be opened at night. It seems dangerous. Nevertheless, I recommend it!

Le logement aurait pu être très sympa… Mais il ne l’était pas

Emplacement en centre-ville de Lannion, au milieu de la verdure. Architecture originale.

Le logement n’est pas bien entretenu et le jardin non plus.. Le sol est sale (ou taché). Les peintures de la douche sont dans un état déplorable (cf photo). La cuisine est minuscule et la deuxième chambre n’est pas une chambre mais un placard. (Si vous faites coulisser la porte de cette deuxième chambre, vous n’avez plus accès à la cuisine et vice versa). Sur la terrasse il y a une table et des chaises qui sont dans le même état que le reste de l’appartement c’est-à-dire très abîmés. Le wi-fi ne fonctionnait pas mais par contre le propriétaire a tout mis en œuvre pour que je puisse travailler dans de bonnes conditions. J’ai payé 700€ la semaine et trouve le prix exagéré par rapport à la prestation.

Die Lage der Unterkunft innerhalb der Stadt ist gut. Das Grundprinzip der Unterkunft ist toll.

Die Dusche, die Sessel und der Grill waren sehr dreckig. Der Allgemeinzustand der Unterkunft ist abgewohnt. Nach der Reklamation der genannten Punkte wurde lediglich die Terrasse gekehrt. Die Einrichtung entspricht nicht mehr der auf den Inseratsbildern dargestellten.
